Founded in Lafayette, Indiana in 2020, CCDI was built on a simple observation: since the 2009 recession, manufacturers have been running lean — and their engineering resources are stretched thin. We started CCDI to fill that gap, offering the kind of deep, hands-on expertise that's hard to keep on staff full-time. Today our team brings experience from automotive, aerospace, and building industries to clients across West-Central Indiana and beyond.
