CCDI's waterjet machining a part

Manufacturing & Design

From concept to completion, we help manufacturers turn ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Our team combines hands-on fabrication with practical engineering support, giving you a single partner for design, build, and project execution. Instead of managing multiple vendors, you can move from concept through delivery with one coordinated workflow. When a project includes commissioning needs, our PLC Integration services and Robot Integration services can be layered in without slowing the schedule.

Custom Control Panels

We design and build custom control panels around the way your process actually runs, not a generic template. Each build is planned for service access, clear labeling, and long-term maintainability so your team can work confidently after handoff. If you want turnkey delivery, we can pair each panel with PLC programming and integration for a cleaner startup.

Waterjet Cutting

Our 90,000 PSI waterjet system with an 8' x 25' bed delivers accurate, clean cuts across a broad material mix. We routinely process steel, stainless, aluminum, plastics, composites, and rubber, with the flexibility to support thin profiles through heavier sections. This process helps speed up prototype cycles and keeps production part quality consistent when tolerances matter.

CNC Routing

With a 5' x 12' CNC bed and a 40-tool changer, we can machine larger parts and multi-operation jobs efficiently. Our routing process supports wood, plastics, composites, and other non-ferrous materials with repeatable quality across runs. For customers moving from pilot quantities to repeat orders, we help keep fabrication aligned to program timelines and delivery dates.

3D Printing

We offer 3D printing for prototypes, tooling aids, and low-volume production parts using engineering-grade materials such as nylon, ABS, carbon fiber-filled filaments, and polycarbonate. Multi-color printing is available for visual mockups and durable industrial labels used in real operating environments. This gives your team a fast, cost-effective way to test fit, function, and usability before committing to full-scale manufacturing.

Design, CAD, and Project Management

Need support before anything is built? We provide design assistance, reverse engineering, CAD development, and practical project coordination to keep work moving. Using tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD, we help convert ideas into buildable documentation while reducing workload on your internal engineers. When you are ready to map out scope and timing, contact our team or meet the people behind delivery on our team page.
